I'm not an expert on that body style, but it's doubtful there's any significant difference in the cabs. That one's even the big window, deluxe model. I'd be for jumping all over that, as long as it's in decent shape.
'57 - '60 cabs are the same, minus the wiring gromet. The only other difference is the '57 used black ***** and '58-'60 had white ***** on the dash.
I would look for the one with the least amount of cancer. Be sure to carefully check the rear corners and the front floor board near both doors. You can buy the corner panels, but it can get expensive. I have a '57 that sat without the doors for 20 years and the rust had its way. I happened to find a complete '60 that had some of the parts already restored including the front fenders so I bought it. Now I have 2 complete trucks to pick and choose the best parts from. I will then sell the other one when I am done.
