88 to 92+ conversion!

I just picked up an 88 F-350 crew cab, truck is real clean, no rot what so ever...just some surface rust here and there, in unfortunately its a gasser(460) with an auto..c6 I'm assuming. I also bought a 95 f250 psd with an auto, lots of rot and really banged up body, so I'm sure u can see where this is going, gonna put a 92+ front clip on and replace gas with diesel, not sure if I will use e4od, I have a 94 psd with a zf5 that I sold motor out of, so I plan on using 95 motor with zf5 and making one nice truck...I want to put interior out of 95 in as well.. any problems anyone can see with this project?

I forsee no problems, just quite a bit of work. Should be a good truck when you get done! Keep us updated on the progress, be kinda nice to hear how it goes.

I'd definitely go with the ZF-5spd. Are all these trucks 4wd or 2wd? You'll probably need to have your drivelines custom cut to fit the final configuration. But shouldn't be too bad.

Thank all of u for your support and encouragement, yes they all are 4 x 4, I'm sure there will be some custom driveshafts and all that fun stuff, the only part I'm even the slightest bit worried about is making the dash outta the 95 go in an older cab, I know the cabs are the same so hopefully the dash will go in with no major hicups...
I will be posting pics as soon as I figure out how to do it from my phone..
