wiring harness

so is there a major difference in the mini fuse panel wiring harnesses or a standard fuse panel harness

I don't know the diff. BUT i was told the standard panel was the best to use. Maybe just because its easyer to work with.

I believe the only difference is physical size of the fuse block. Mini's take up less room and can be put in tighter spaces. Usually not a consideration in our trucks.

The only differences in the two are the fuse size and the fuse box size. The larger one has different connectors that the wire connects to as they are larger. If you are putting in a tight space I would go with the mini one. I have a mini in my 52 and it takes up some space under the dash also. Both will work just fine.

Besides the obvious fuse size difference, the question was about panel sizes. Standard fuses are like 3/4" and the mini size is 7/16".

thanks for the info Guys. BACAGrizz you didn't sound like that at all LOL. This is the first time i have done a wiring harness and there are lots of options to shoose from just trying to be sure that i have a little knowledge on whats what. thanks again for the help and responses.
