up pipe donuts

i have a 02 7.3
258,000 miles and everything is original,after inspecting the up pipes,i have exhaust leaks on both sides of the Y fitting. until i can buy an upgraded version i'm going to have to make the originals work.
I'm looking to buy the best donuts as i do not have any faith in the stock ones. anyone have any info on this? part numbers?
any help would be appreciated

As long as your pipes don't look like this you should be able to reseal them.

fel-pro 8194 meke shure you get that number and not a substitute for that number.

at this point,i dont know,haven't even checked them,just see the heavy soot deposits around the connection

I just bought some for my diesel van and they tightened up and worked perfect. They are only $9 each. Just my opinion.

My thoughts also. If the OEM lasted that long I would say they are of a good quality.

well maybe i was a bit harsh,i guess i meant something better,as i have no idea how long they been leaking. i found the felpro ones for 1.50 ea so i think im gonna go with those.

lol... yes 258k outta stock is awesome,but if there is some wear, which i'm sure there will be. was wanting a thicker donut to maybe be able to compensate.
