Where to plug in code reader, '93 3.0?

Where to plug in code reader, '93 3.0?
A couple of years ago i scanned codes on a '91 3.0 Aero. Now i want to do the same on a '93 Aero but can't find a place to plug in.
Did they change locations between those years?

Look at the inside of the front fender near the battery.

On the '91 I thought I had found it farther back, near the hood hinge on the driver's side.
