The OP needs to take the advice given here,,and start at step one..Get those NAPA filters out of the truck and his issues might be solved..
I have a good relationship with the parts guy at my local dealer,,they sell me Fuel filters for $54.00...I know its more than online ,but i like to get local when i need them and he helps me on other parts as well...They can and will sell them cheaper.
