There are plenty of Ford truck and diesel sites. Google is your friend. Use it, enjoy the content, and you can make sure LOTS of people know they are trying to hose you.
This is a fine place to discuss technology, but the management are rather civil and very strict about posting guidelines. Different sites allow different LEVELS of personal expression, so I abide by those.
I'd be roasting the (insert expletives) who grossly failed to repair my vehicle (throwing a fleet of radiators in its general direction doesn't count) and ensure that many potential customers were able to make an informed consuming decision based on me getting ripped off. The vivid details of my prolonged customer non-service would scare anyone far, far away.
I'd be naming the dealer and asking if anyone else got dealt with in the same manner.
"Facts" and "opinion" each specifically expressed as such are fine. One can have a foul, bitter, loathing and bitter OPINION of (insert corporate entity) and express that with perfect legality.
"What do ya all think of THIS adventure in "troubleshooting" etc. Tell the world.
By the way and not related to this thread, never use an internet nick which contains your real name. You can Google the many reasons not to do that.
Because you have already gotten roasted by the dealer, anything they do after this can't be genuine by way of apology. The best they can do is cut a deal to shut you up.
Just for the nay sayers...I also have a Job 1 truck. I'm totally happy with it. BTW, there are lots of us happy with them. The few problems I've had, my dealer and Ford have been awesome in making amends. Regardless, I am sorry to hear of your problems. Don't think that your issues are a Job 1 problem or even Ford. ALL vehicles can and do have a propensity to have issues given their complexities and all the EPA junk. Unfortunately, you got one of those that causes lots of frustration and second thoughts.
You have my best wishes for a quick and fair resolve to your issues.

I'd get a used engine. You'll probably spend $10k on a new engind and get a one year warranty. If you can let the truck sit you might be able to get an attorney to fight for you but you'll spend several thousand bucks on an attorney.
