Another Speedometer Question
My needle on speedometer bounces all around, like it is getting hung up and then free's itself. No blinking over drive button and truck runs just fine. Y'all had told me to replace the sensor in the rear. I got a new one, but won't go in till tomorrow. I have done it before and it's to simple to replace. Anyway, if that doesn't fix it, the next step would be to replace the dash cluster. My truck is a 97 F250HD, 4x4, 8600gvw, 351w, E4OD, NO cruise control. I do have another dash cluster, but I not sure if it is possible to have it work in my truck. It is out of a bronco and I think it was from a 1995??? Also, the bronco cluster has a factory tach, were my truck did not come with one. Any chance that it would work in my truck?? Thank you to all for any advice.
