According to my wife yesterday our Excursion had no vibration, but on the way to work this morning it did at almost any speed other than very slow. We know that the brake rotors are warped. I plan on checking the tire pressure and lug nuts after work. Anything else that might have caused it to start this so suddenly? FYI, it's an '04 4x4 6.0. TIA.
Any vibration that comes on that quickly and across a broad speed range is scary, and likely mechanical.
Along with tire pressure, check to see if any of the tires have recently lost a balance weight. Make sure to check the inside and outside rims. I doubt that this is it as a tire would have to be a lot out of balance to transmit much vibration at low speeds.
Then move onto the mechanicals. Check the u-joints. A bearing failure can bring on a sudden vibration and a failed (failing) u-joint is easy to find and cheap to fix. It's also a more common failure than most other drive train components.
Start there. If you don't find it, perhaps you'll have gotten more clues as you move onto the more expensive items.
