Can anyone explain this code 132B on my 03 6.0? The dealer said it was the code for the turbo. They took it off and cleaned what they said was some carbon. They said the truck runs better and its ready for pick up.
This code was not coming up before they worked on it and the truck had plenty of power. Truck has 159,000 and it's on it's second turbo. The first one I read on Oasis was replaced under warranty.
Turbo's don't just act up do they? I know the turbo on the 6.0 is more sophisticated than the 7.3, but as I said the truck ran well before it went in for oil leaks.
It is possible when the engine was out, the turbo went in incorrrectly?
Thanks Cheezit. Is there anything that works best to add to the fuel to help that form occuring? This truck will not be driven a lot, but I need to come up with some regular schedule to run it. Hopefully some additive will help.
