Ok, going back and forth as I am getting the body straightened out on my '77. Im not sure how well it shows up in my gallery, but my truck has just the dent trim with a white, double pinstripe that goes all the way around the outside of the "dent".
My plan has been to paint the truck satin black and shine up and replace the dent trim. Now that I have the trim off, I am kindof liking the look of the pinstripe with no trim. I was thinking of doing the satin black with maybe red pinstripe in the same style as the pinstripe on there now. Possibly even silver or back to white.
Any thoughts? I need to decide before I borrow a MIG welder so I can weld up the holes if needed.
What do you think? Trim, no pinstripes; or pinstripes, no trim?
