Bad Jet Performance Chip for V10
About a week after I purchased my V10 Excursion, it started stalling every time I gave it gas. After extensive troubleshooting, I tracked it down to the Jet Performance chip that was installed. I assume it went bad. Has anybody else had chips go bad on them? Or is this a Jet-only problem?
FYI, it hosed the computer so bad that most of the time, I couldn't get a code reader to connect to it. When I could connect to it, it would report back that it wasn't obdii compliant and wouldn't read anything from it.
