More ect eot ?

Hey again fte. I just took my truck on it's first long trip after all my work on truck( oil cooler Bpd egr cooler stand pipes dummy plugs Stc fitting and blue spring) truck runs fantastic but I have a question with ect and eot on highway at 70. Ect was at 190 -192 and eot was at 199-202 with ac on and about 70-75 outside. Now I was just wondering if these numbers look rite or does it sound if the spread was a little to much. The truck has about 100 miles since I did the work and they really didn't budge at all very consistent , it makes me just think so I had to get all your opinions

about 800 miles on my new oil cooler to

Its fine just sit back and

Its too bad that some people dont find FTE in time and have no Idea about the spread and cooler problems most would have there trucck fixed if they only knew what to watch for

That's good to see are numbers are about the same, I was just being concerned considering the 15 degree delta and empty I saw 10 degree spread which only leaves 5 degree margin . With the temps low already I guess I was being to **** but I love my truck and will have it for a loooong time just had to chime in for feed back and I will have my coolant filter on by the middle of next week just didn't get it in time when I did the work thanks again and let's all enjoy our 6.0 it's really a great motor despite it's reputation maintain it like u should and it'll run for a long time

U have got love the sgII it really it one of the best bangs for the buck. I can't even think of not being able to see what's going on with my engine . Now I see Bpd has sgII pre configured I wish I found out sooner, I would much rather have given my money to a great company like them instead of some flyby night eBay outfit.I love bpd

Fellas,
Subscribing to the thread and have a quick question.

I pulled a 16' tandem axle big tex trailer (not sure of the weight) yesterday. Cruise set on about 72, AC on high, outside temp 100. EOT's climbed to 220, ECT 210ish (10 deg delta, all the time).

Does the EOT or 220 sound about right? seems a little warm to me..but it was a freaken 100 deg day. Under not load, EOT is around 205-207 on a hot day and ECT within 10 deg of that. Just wanted some opinions.

Also, what is the alarm point for EOT (max. sustain TEMP)?

Thanks...oh yeah, i was running IND's street tune (not the SRL++ tune thats in my sig)
