Custom bumper question.

I've got the bumper started and it's on the truck. Still need to weld up the rest of the seams. All the critical stuff is welded up solid. No plate on the top yet. After mounting my winch, I discovered a little problem. I'm gonna have to put a door on top to get to the winch clutch. Otherwise I'll have to crawl under to release the clutch. I like the way it's going so far.
