Don't do it, I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that I had an aftermarket sunroof installed on by the recommendation of the Lincoln Dealer. Biggest mistake I've ever made. It whistles, has lots of wind noise, and has been back for repair 5 times in the last 10 months. I've driven LS' with factory installed sunroofs, and they are great. So, I would not recommend messing your truck up with an aftermarket sunroof.
I wasn't sure if you were talking about doing the job yourself or having it done elsewhwere. If you're REALLY skilled, you could probably do a pop-up yourself, but a power unit MUST be installed by a professional. There are shops that will ruin your car, and there are others that will actually do a BETTER job than the factory can. ASC Corp. makes most of the units that go in at the factory, so an ASC-Certified dealer and installer is your best bet. There's one here in my local area that I've used for over 10 years, and I've never had a problem with anything they've ever installed. Their sunroofs even have features that the factory ones don't! Try to find some people that have had one installed, and see if there's anyone around you that they would recommend. The power moonroof is definitely NOT a job for amateurs.
