..what do you think the cab is worth on this 2wd f350? the bed etc?
Apparently the only thing wrong with the truck is the reverse in the trans doesn't work. I know it's just one picture but..what should I pay for this truck?
I've seen the tool box bed go for $200 cut out.
Tubs just depend on who's looking when you are selling.
The thing with parting a truck is some parts will go quick, others you might sit on for a while.
The race track trim is worth $$ to someone building/restoring a supercab.
Glass sells, but not quickly.
Pull all the small stuff and scrap for weight.
You'd get a quicker turn IMO if you shot it single stage paint and dropped another tranny in it.
I agree, I don't want the stuff sitting around forever..I have 2 '79 F350s I'm parting out now..and I haven't gotten any bites on anything. I can't post them in the classifieds here yet either til I have enough posts.
Not sure how the frames looks, as truck is 4.5 hours away..I was going to ride there on my streetbike, load it in the back and drive it home. lol. I was thinking that would be the way to go, fixing the tranny, selling the toolbox and truck seperate..
Well then get to posting. Here's an opening for one more. Selling parts doesn't seem to go as easily as selling a whole truck. That said, if you have any good green interior pieces shoot me a PM. Also looking for a non-cruise control horn bar in black if you have a good one.
Unfortunately no green interiors...not sure exactly what you mean by horn bar though..? Might be able to help ya on that one..not sure.
The beds I currently have aren't dentsides. How much do you think you would pay for the bed pictured above?
And I am in Schnecksville, PA 18078. About 10-15 minutes northwest of Allentown.
I have good hoods, glass grills etc..drivetrain too.
((I do have a complete set of new BFG mud terrains on (sandblasted & painted) 8 lug black steel wheels, 33x12.50R16.5 if interested. Those are more pricey at $800..))
