Ford = Flareside. A stepside is a Chevrolet. The Flareside rear fenders are the same 1957/79, unless the spare tire is mounted to the left (drivers) side bedside.

The 1957/66 F350 left rear fender with the bedside mounted spare tire is B7C-16313-A-without tire well. F350s did not require a tire well, because these trucks used a 9' long "Express" Bed.
Most of the repro parts sellers offer these rear fenders (without the tire well). I dunno who reproduces them, but it isn't LMC
Mar-K.com (located in OK) reproduces the Flareside short bed.
