I purchased some Bushwacker pocket style fender flares last week for my Excursion. I already know about the rear fender flare and the work that needs to be done to make it fit. Of course I jumped the gun and primed them without taking any pictures.
Alright, I toook some pictures with me cell phone because I forgot my camera at home. Downfall is I forgot my gmail account password.
I took off the cladding on the fronts today. The double sided tape holding it on the top is very strong and a big pain to get off. I painted the flares factory white to match the Ex. The decorative nuts/bolts are kinda cool once they were put on. Fitment was easy for the fronts on install. I'm a little worried only three screws are holding it up there.
I will post pictures as soon as I get a new password sent to me.
Removed the back rear cladding pieces today. Tomorrow I will take on the adhesive tape left behind and remove the rear door/adhesive also.
It's amazing to find ten year old dirt from the previous owner underneath the cladding. I'm surprised there isn't a lot more rust and paint pealing than what there is.
Great update pics. You planning a lift or larger tires too or just sticking with stock? I'd be interested to see if it can look good with the flares and stock rubber.

Looking from the front the stock tires do look a little goofy. The lift and tires are further down the road. I couldn't do everything at once, since the Ex is my daily driver.
Today I fit the rear panel in place. Not only do I have to cut the front, I have to do a little trimming on the back curved part to fit the contour of the lower rear panel. The directions say there might be some trimming involved. No big surprise when it a plastic mold.
No pictures of this, since it was just really an eye ball for now seeing what has to be done.
When I mask it and cut it I will take pictures.
I'll throw this at whoever is following still. What do you think would be the best idea to cover the opened area after I cut it. There will be two spots, door piece and panel piece. I will not leave it open due to the elements in weather.
The problem with Great Stuff foam is that it traps moisture. Whatever metal is next to it will be damp 24x7x52 and eventually disappear. Found out the hard way.
Not much has happened with the prtoject for the past week or so. Grandfather had a stroke on Tuesday, and trying to recover. Leaving for a car show tomorrow.
Hopefully I will be able to work on it when I return.
