Doesn't Isspros have two different pyro gauges for post or pre turbo??? I though when ordering mine the place asked if I was going post or pre turbo so they can send me the right gauge. You might have a post turbo gauge if my memory serves me right. And congrats, enjoy.. I love my DP, couldn't imagine life without it....

The sensor they sent me did have the big clamp and didn't fit on the up pipe. Had to use a smaller one.

Something is way off, You can't burn diesel fuel at only 100 degrees. Are you clamped on or did you drill and tap?

That could be the problem. May need to clean it and reclamp it. You should be at 300 idling.

Mine has an exhaust gasket between sensor and pipe so I would assume it's not meant to be grounded?? Not sure?

Wish I had $150 and I would just buy a new pyro Gage and it would fit in my pillar mount and would hopefully work correct!!

I'm not sure about that, I used the drill/tap for mine and I know it's grounded. How far did you put the probe in the exhaust stream? You didn't bottom it out? I don't really know what else to tell you. Is you gauge and probe matched to work together?

Isspro said it was the correct probe butt mabe not? I put the probe half way in, so it is in the middle of the air flow. It's a k type sensor. The Gage has a number it's r-606-25

Ok, well, something is wrong for sure. Either a bad probe, bad gauge or it could be in the wiring.

I need a smaller Gage to fit in my Gage pod anyway! Hope the wire change will help for now!

Pat's old gauge is yours if you want it, just cover the shipping. I don't have a picture of it yet. I believe it is autometer with a silver bezel and white face. I will get a pic when I get a chance.
