bearing help

i have a 95 f-150 4wd that iput warn hubs in about a year or so ago and since i've done that, i have had to replace or repack the bearings 4-5 times. has anyone had this same problem,or have any ideas as to what i can do to fix this?

how are you p[acking the bearings? by hand or with a packer? also what kind of bearings and grease? another big thing, are you replacing the races too?

i'm packing them by hand,using hi temp bearing grease,not sure on the brand. as for the bearings,i used timkens and i did replace the races. i've heard that the locking rings for the new hubs can loosen over time?
