From my experience as a dumb private when I got to my unit, I left my weapon in a classroom. I was only 10 ft out the door when I realized it, and had a mini panic attack. Unfortunately, my NCO had already spotted it.....that was a fun evening/morning/evening/morning/evening/morning....yeah...

FWIW....They don't trust us with assault rifles yet.....It's coming soon, though.....But not yet.....
I'd like to know how in the Hell the rifle got onto the trunk downtown anyway.....I know for a fact that ours will be in trunk 'safes' unless being taken out for combat......or taken out for range practice......
