Just got done checking the pressure. If I hold the pressure gauge in place the gauge continues to ride. If I push it in and pull off I read a little over 50psi. Haven't drove it since I cleaned the mesh filter so we will see what happens
Sweet diesel Running down the back of my engine. So what was once a very small leak turned into a big one after cleaning that mesh screen on the Fpr. This should be fun!!!

Maybe you lost an o-ring off the FPR or the lid (cannister cup) is a little loose.
As it is running I looked all over the fuel bowl and that whole area. Gave her some throttle and still can't see where it is coming from. Looks like it is coming from underneath all the stuff. So I think I got to start taking some stuff of so I can see. Everything I see is dry except I see puddles on top of the motor underneath everything.

Other possibilities are: corrosion in the bottom of the fuel bowl or a loose hose in the bottom too ( both very hard to see)
I know I'm going to sound like a smart *** but here goes, GO ELECTRIC. I got so tired of fuel leaks I tore it all out of there and I can actually see the valley.

Splatts, just went through this leak problem myself. Use a small inspection mirror and a bright flashlight and look directly underneath the fuel pump (on the passenger side) and you will probably, maybe, see fuel dripping or spraying out through one of the tiny weep holes. When the pump seals inside fail, the weep holes are an indication for you to change the pump. Gasoline mechanical pumps do the same thing. Changing the pump was a PITA with the turbo but it can be done!
I would like to see a pick of the electric fuel pump. I want to see what is looks like. I think that is what I am goin to do go electric. What r the pros and cons of goin electric?
no cons about it really, except that its easier for an electric pump to stop working than a mechanical.
but the electric is easier to change and more reliable.
