My glow plug system is set up with either using it manually or with the controller or not at all when the truck is warm. It is a triple switch setup.
In the last 2 days, when I have the switch set to use the factory system for starting the truck, sometimes it works correctly with the WTS on for 8-10 seconds and sometimes it doesn't come on at all. When it doesn't work I have to manually hold my switch.
On the first start of the day, setting my switch to charge the glow plugs using the controller, the WTS light does not light at all. So I start it by manually holding the switch. Once I drive the truck around and it is warmed up, the controller works normally and the WTS light comes on. So first start it doesn't work but warmed up it does. Puzzling???
I don't know if I am explaining this clearly but I can use some advice.

Reason: grammer
I test my Beru plugs and they were all good. I live in the tropics on the beach and the rainy season just started with a massive storm. I think things just got a little wet. I also found some corrosion on the wire connections at the controller. I cleaned things up and will just see what happens the next couple of days.
