also i have been around these dentsides and bumpsides my entire life and have never seen a fuel tank under a vacuum. as you burn fuel out of the tank the vapor left in the tank expands and more than makes up for the volume loss on a non vented tank.
The only time I've seen a problem is when someone erroniously removed the evaporative emissions system and plugged the vent lines on evaporative emissions equiped trucks, or put a non-vented fuel cap on a truck without evaporative emissions where the only tank vent is through the cap.

Truck is bone stock, every vac hose and all
Was without question vapor lock... could watch bubbles come through clear plastic (think is Fram G4) fuel filter I added.... spray / pour water on fuel pump and would work again
Was fine when cool but add: Ethenol, low speed, and high temps (supposed to be 120 today) enough to put over the mark... funny thing is that have never had problem with Jeeps (have had over 30 in last 35 years, from 46 2A to 98ZJ, only have 5 now). Dropped the Bronco off, drove the 78CJ7 (304,TF999,D300,locked 30 front, locked d44rear, 35x12.5 BFGMT KM's) home to sit by the pool / clean up my mess.

That last responce was for 2toneskidmark, and about fuel tanks being under vacuum. The only time I've seen that problem is when people mess with the system.
Ethanol sucks... I have to use sta-bul additive to keep my truck running correctly...
