Headrests for extended cab.

I have a 99 F250 7.3 extended cab, and would like to put headrests on the back seat. Anyone done this, or know how it can be done?
Any info would be great.

They aren't needed. I don't think you could, as there is nothing that could support them in that seat back. The seat back is fairly flimsy.

I added them to my 2001 extended cab. I grabbed the head rests from a 3rd row seat from a Windstar. The fabric isnt exact, but it is close enough. I modified my seat frame to accept the headrests, cut the factory fabric and installed them. They do rest against the back window, but they are at my sons head hieght and are adjustable. I will take some pictures and put them in my gallery here this weekend.

To many to list.

Most of the mods we do to our trucks aren't "needed". I wanted to add headrests back when I had an extended cab too.
