Many folks just cut the line, remove the fitting in any destructive manner possible, and then replace the line with 30R9 SAE Fuel Injection hose, and use dual quality (EFI-type) hose clamps on each end. These push-lock fittings are known to leak air in a vacuum situation and I was happy to get rid of mine.
I have an older Ford tool, but the Super Duty fittings are different. If you really want to use the correct tool, I would check the special tools rack at your local parts store.

The tools are pretty cheap. There are 2 versions that I have seen. One is plastic rings(garbage) and the others are aluminum pieces that almost look like tweezers but they go around the tubing. Almost all parts stores carry them. They are fairly inexpensive. If you buy the aluminum ones, wrapping a rubber band around them will help keep them on the line. Without the rubber band, they like to slip off.
