Today i went out to my 2000 7.3 F350 this morning and i turn on my AC and nothing. I can hear the AC engaging and can hear it change from defrost to floor, etc. No matter what setting the fan setting is on it doesnt blow anything. How should I go about diagnosing what is broken?
My 02 F350 had a bad resister for the blower motor($31.99 Autozone). My truck still had high speed but none of the others. When I pulled the plug out of the resister one of the blades had rusted off into the plug. I tried replacing the switch on the dashbut it didn't help my problem. IMO I would try the resister first.I'm not sure if this helps you or not but good luck!

I have replaced the resistor and blower motor and still no fix.
My blower goes to limp mode (very slow) after a long highway rides, say >2hrs regardless of running heat or AC. When I change the fan settings it simply stays on very slow.
