Boxes form 90-96 should be interchangeable between all F150/250/350s as long as it doesn't have hydro-boost.
FYI, the 97 F250/350 boxes where the same as the early 99 Super Duty boxes. I didn't know this and ordered a 96 box for my 97 350 from AGR. The early box bolted in fine but the lines didn't match up. I had O-ring fittings and the early box used flares. But the flares were inserts. I pulled them out and the lines fell into place.
I'd just thought I'd throw that out there for anybody searching for info.
