Fuel leak?

Fuel leak?
So I was working on some other stuff and I noticed that While idling a drop of fuel fell from the upper Fuel filter assembly, (right next to the drain plug) there are two little black torque screws above it. Checked the screws and the drain plug, they are all tight. I wiped it clean and let it idle some more and it builds a drop in about 3 min. It only gets wet underneath, the sides remain dry. Has anyone had this problem? if so what is it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably the regulator cover keyhole gasket. If you haven't upgraded to the blue spring now is a good time. If you just want the gasket it's about $3.
