Brakes

Is there such a thing as a "kit" to put power brakes on my '66 F250 4X4. Could I use the brackets off of a newer truck? Would a 2X4 conversion work?

take a brake

i got a booster off a 76 f100 for my 66 f100. i don't think the booster knows the differents if it is 2 or 4 wheel drive. i would also change to a dual mastercyl. from the newer truck also.

Brake conversion

any F series brakes will work up to 1978-79 midyear for your truck even the disc brake models. Boosters and everything will work with only minor changes. Recommend new king pins though
