A number of folks have installed the ride-rite springs from Firestone. Epic posted a video of his install. Based on recommendations here on the forum, I purchased a set and they arrived today. Looking forward to the install this weekend. Most folks are putting them on to deal with the sag our trucks experience when we hook up our trailers.

You're going to absolutely love them. The added control is amazing. If you sprung for the on board compressor, well, that just doubles the fun.
I had them on my 05 F-350 SRW. In cab controller, compressor and 1/2 gallon tank. I installed them myself and ran all wires and hoses. Took about a half to full day to make it look factory. I loved them. The added bonus of filling small tires and such with the filling port and 25 foot line made it even more useful. I hooked up my 4K worth of pin weight to the new F-450 and was almost dissapointed I didn't get more rear end sag. I was hoping to have an excuse to buy another set.
I will never have a truck without airbags, and, I see countless other guys pulling trailers that really need them and I feel bad for them. Firestone should do more marketing..
