Rear brakes

I just replaced my rear shoes and drums and wheel cylinders and all hardware on my 97 f350. Ive checked and double checked everything is installed rite. Backin up im fine they work great. going forward when i push my brakes i hear a clank and they lockup. Whats causing this.

It sure sounds like a parking brake adjustment to me. If you can tell if one or both sides are locking up it might help diagnose the problem better.

Thats exactly what it turned out to be. Both sides were shot.
