1978 Power Steering Box..

Hey guys , I have inherited a 78 F-250 Ex Cab 4x4.. Its a monster! So the problem is the Shaft that comes out of the bottom of the Steering box has been Sheered off( the one that connects to the control arm). I have searched for the shaft by its self and cant seem to locate one. I can find the Whole box for $475+core($200). But I have taken the box apart and just the shaft its self is damaged. If anyone knows the part number or where I can locate one Please let me know thanks Bunch.

I'd start at your local pull & save, at least you'll have a good core if the box you find isn't usable.

ck jeff bronco graveyard i think they sell the parts to rebuild ur box if not there prices are very reasonable

Thanks and is there a web site for that place? I have checked my junk yards here. They cant seem to find one for me .

D7TZ-3575-A Sector shaft, that's the part number. I couldn't locate any dealers that had one.
