The experts will be along who know the readings, just listening I vote... FICM Any previous history of work performed? Battery voltage looked low at start in the first vid or I wasn't looking at the right thing. Never been around the scan gauge ever.

Compare your actual HPOP oil pressure with desired oil pressure. I don't use/have that particular guage (I use the AutoEnginuity) but it appears that your oil pressure (high pressure) isn't going high enough and is also falling too low?

Hey Cheezit,

The SYNC that was showing, if that was Cam&Crank sync, and it was Not sync-ed,

How does a motor run when these are not in sync.

Just curious. Would that cause His rough running?

Camshaft senor (CMP)

I doubt that either of these senors are your issue though.

Is your oil fresh, and new Motrocraft filter? What oil are you using?
I vote for you trying a product caled Rev-X if it is an issue w/ injector stiction.

No. Video 2 is OK but in video 1 battery voltage was fairly low on start up at 10.9. Crank/cam sync would only be a concern if the truck wasn't starting.

If the truck runs better after it warms up then injector stiction would be your problem. The FICM voltage appears to be good.
