Positive camber

After feeling good about repairing and re-packing the front bearings on my "New Truck" I noticed that the passenger side wheel is sitting at a huge positive camber. I've seen other old Fords that had the same problem. Is it usually the ball joints failing that causes this? Oh, my truck is a 1985 F150 4X4 351HO Auto.

Jack the tire off the ground and wiggle it around and see if there is play in the balljoints. But usually what happens is people work on their trucks with the wheels off the ground, let the jack down and panic because the tire is sitting funny. They will also do this if you back the truck up and then park it. Drive it forward a couple of feet and then eyeball the tire on level ground.
