Test drive it and see how it does. Obviously check 4wd function, clutch operation, leaks, steering system, A/C, heat, all power options, etc. Looks like a 351 in there, not too bad but a 460 or 7.3 turbo would be better

 

i know the basics, but i was hoping someone could decode the VIN and tell me which 5 speed it was and what rear end it has.

Just by looking at it in the pics I'd be willing to bet its HD F250 not the LD model due to how high it sits and it doesnt appear to have a lift kit on it.

 

It'll have the ZF tranny in it...SCORE!....

Also, just somethin to check on, it's been hit...Passenger side/front of the bed....Also, not sure if its related or not, but the P/S door isn't all the way closed....Could be just not closed good, or could be related to the bed deal...
