Tow mirrors?

I have a 2007 f150, and I've seen some F150s with these awesome looking tow mirrors. How hard would it be to swap out the mirrors?
A quick Google found me this 2004 - 2011 Ford F150 TOWING MIRRORS PAIR

Is that like what others have, and is that a good price?
Any info will help.

Thanks.

EDIT:
On the mirrors that I linked to, it shows that it has blinkers on the mirror. My truck didn't come with turn signals on the mirrors. Is there a way to hook up the turn signals to the mirror without having to Frankenstein a bunch of wires?

Thanks

They are easy to install. I did it 2 years ago and love them. I got them for 320 bucks I think it was. I sold the stock ones for 300 on ebay lol. TascaParts.com I think that was the website. You remove the cover behind the door handle in the inside of the truck and there are 2 bolts. You remove them. There are also 2 bolts I believe at the bottom of the door you remove. You also need to remove the speaker in the door and take all the bolts out. Once all the bolts are out you just lift up on the door panel. You will have to take the handle out of the panel. It just pops in and you twist it so it comes off the panel. From there you need to remove the plastic by the mirror. There are 3 bolts there and once you take them off and unclip the wiring harness the mirror comes off.

You can put the new mirror on and do the reverse steps to reinstall everything. Im not sure how hard it is to hook up the blinkers for them. I know I wired mine up to get the puddle lights to work. It was easy. I found a how to on this forum and it made it simple. But you had to splice into this one wire (cant remember off hand which one) and remove a few wires on the wiring harness and put them in different spots. Since my truck is a 04 and these were for 07 and up. Its really easy to do and if your handy with tools you should have it done in like a hour or less.

I installed the TTT towing mirrors on my '07 about 3 years ago now, I guess. They came with all the instructions and like Still Smoking said, it was easy. The mirrors I orderd didn't come with the turn signals but were heated. My truck didn't have heated mirrors, so I just don't use that feature. As for the turn signals, I would suspect that they are wired right up to the plug in the door.

I found a few videos on YouTube, and it looked really simple to get the door off. Much more simple than my last vehicle that was a PITA (2003 Durango).
The turn signals are not really that necessary, if its hard to do. If I can get it done with out too much trouble, I could probably make it work. I have a friend who is a master at wiring (self proclaimed master that is), and we could probably get it done.
I like the idea of selling my stock mirrors, and I would be very willing to buy the tow mirrors if I could either lose only a few dollars, or even make money.

EDIT: Looking on eBay, and all the side mirror pairs are about $250. How long were your mirrors sitting on eBay, before it sold?

Another option is you can get the tow mirrors without the blinkers. I think I saw them when I bought mine. My stock ones had heated mirrors with blinkers. You can save some money that way. I will do a quick search to see if I can find them. I put them on Ebay for like a week I think it was. Put them as a package so I wouldnt get screwed by just having one left. I put them at a starting bid of 150 and had a minimum price of like 200. Some guy kept asking me to sell them now for 200 but told him I wanted to let the auction run its course. I was suprised that by the end he paid 300 for them. The new ones cost me 320. So I was really excited that in the end I only paid 20 bucks for the new mirrors. The best 20 bucks I spent.

Well after looking at the ones with out the blinkers they dont have heated glass or power mirrors. But they are 240 for the pair on ebay. 2004-2010 Ford f-150 TOWING MIRRORS PAIR | eBay On TascaParts.com They have the same mirrors brand new for 134.75 a piece so you can get them for 270 plus tax and whatever shipping is. TascaParts.com If this link dont work right goto your orignial link and get the part numbers and then goto TascaParts.com and click multiple parts number and put in both parts numbers and click ford and do a search they will both come up. Thats where I got mine from

On your eBay link, the shipping is like $45, making the total $285.52. I found the part numbers and the actual mirror on tasca, and yea, they are $134.75.
I added them to my cart, and it says $269.50 for the mirrors plus $24.26 for shipping which equals $293.76.

Kinda surprised me that eBay is cheaper. Only $8.00 cheaper, but that's like 2 gallons of gas.

EDIT:
I just checked 1aauto (http://www.1aauto.com/1A/Mirrors/For...RP00618/511989), and it's only $269.90, with free shipping. And they have the turn signal and heated mirrors, so if I can find regular, I think I may order from that site. The only thing is, they are out of ALL their tow mirrors, even the ones you buy single. I guess that's not a real big problem right now, because I am making a big purchase next week (grille guard), and I don't want to be running on $300.

just found http://www.1aauto.com/1A/Mirrors/For...RP00619/512004, which is $30 less, because it doesn't have heated mirrors or turn signals. Out of stock too.
