After you pull the Coil Paks and boots, Blow out the plug wells with compressed air, loosen the plug a half to three quarters of a turn and blow out again. I'd replace the boots, dont forget to put Dielectric grease, on both ends of the coil boot springs and coil boots.
I did the right bank first starting at plug one, took the truck for a test drive. Took a break while I let everything cool, did the left bank. On plug 8 I used a 1/4" extension, with 3/8" adapters on both ends. You'll need a swivel, and electric tape is a must to hold the socket to the extensions, and extension to adapters. Only mishapt was a dropped a coil pak screw, and I couldn't find it. I Think it was under the intake manifold.
