Yea look what I found "In my truck bed"! Urghh, some people shouldn't have a truck if your gonna do stuff like this. No offense but it chaps my britches when someone does something as "Retarded" as this!
if the cross-members are not damaged you can fix it not real bad with a new floor panel , take the bed off (yea haha those bolts suck) and you can leave wheelhouses / x members / ect... cut out the floor and weld in a new good as new . or you could do a patch job instead of removing the whole floor just as good not as pretty usually. ill look at my est program and come back and edit this post with a good body shop price if you had to get someone to do it so you know what it should cost.
I got a boy down the street that has gooseneck horse trailer and had put the rails for a 5er hitch in it with a gooseneck adapter that hooks between the rails. Well he came over and wanted me to look at his lights, while checking the wireing I notice the rail are just bolted to the bed, I mean they just drilled some holes and stuck some bolts in it no reinforceing or anything and they were loose.
He said he needed to tighten them up. I said heres your sign.lol
yes I sent down to a buddys shop and had him get it done right before he killed someone.
I found another dulley bed down here for $400. Great shap fenders and all. But it's white. I actually just went and picked up my B&W hitch and a bed mat. Might just wing it for a lil bit! Got rre coming up soon you know! Hehehe.....

It just sucks to think that someone would install those rails that way.
