Thanks everyone for the help, I got a SCII today hooked it up did the xgauges too. Hopefully now I can better assess for a problem before one presents itself.

Lets be proactive and not reactive!

I'll post randoms over the course of the next few days/weeks on how the numbers turn out. I did get a P2262 code?? Just fabulous!! :-/

p2262 turbo charger boost not detected [mechanical]

check EBP,MAP,EGR valve on your SGII

might just have to clean some sensors IDK

how much boost are you making

how does the truck run

Truck runs fine, no hesitation or miss/bog, a little clackitty in the wee morning hours but when she gets warm she purrs... the boost Im showing is about 5psi if Im motoring at about 70mph, if Im pulling my boat (20 ft center console) boost is up about 8-10psi doing 65-70. Only thing I've noticed lately is a wierd thud sound intermittently coming from the engine compartment. It only does it with the A/C on so Im thinkin I might have an A/C vacum leak or the compressor might be takin a duece, the charge was a little low I recharged it and its freakin ICE cold now. Saw a polar bear kickin it in the backseat ...

Yea, I'm thinkin its the blend door too, I've talked with a few buddies and they say the same thing, nothin to worry about... I noticed today gettin off the freeway I hammered the throttle and boost went well into the 20's I still had some pedal left too, my fuel went from 3/4 to empty and the fuel light came on haha j/k... it boosted just fine. Probably just a dirty sensor, temps were cool this morning someone in another post I have suggested possibly a sticky t-stat?? I'm good with cool temps, I dont wanna be blowin no heads.
