460 for 351M
Yes I know, I know.... What a thing to even think of. But a <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">460 </a>is way more then I need. So Im thinking of going to a 351M. I had one in my 79 Bronco and never had one problem with it. My question is do I have to change out tranys also or can it stay? Also anyone out there wonna trade a <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">460 </a>w/trany in my daily driver for a <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">351m </a>to be put into my daily driver this means has to run and be dependable...

The <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">460 </a>xsmn will bolt right up to the 351M. They have the same bellhousing pattern. I am sure that there is someone who is willing to do the swap with you. Post it in the classifieds section of the site.
