The size and shape of the ports were smoothed out. There's a Mustang web site that explains the changes of the mod motors. I think this board has a post for it. Can't remember where I saw the site addy, though.

Edit: Found the site addy... thanks WMcNally... look 1/2 way down the page on the left at the pics... shows and states the improvements. Pretty noticeable.
