if you cant find one, theres a make your own O ring kit you can buy. its a roll, you just cut off where you want it, bond the ends together and you got a custom O ring
I got one from a local hydraulics shop. Just measured one that was about right and it stretched slightly to rest on the intake manifold. He said he might also be able to get Viton if needed but so far the plain one is holding fine.
pretty sure it isnt an oring, the ford part i saw a while back, sorry no part number, was a flat piece which makes sense being the two pieces of metal are flat as well. oh wait do you mean the one that goes inside the neck of the hat that mates to the turbo or the one that is for the intake manifold?
I'll second that the one from the intake hat to the manifold is flat, but its still called an o-ring (flat o-ring..) In another thread someone noted that the N/A engines had a gasket under the air-filter (missing on my truck) and that a replacement could be had from any similar sized air intake (think chevy's...)
If the gasket is thick enough, it would work! or a regular o-ring that large... might be hard to find.
