Check to see if the electrical plug (s) are attached to compressor.
That was the first thing I checked visually, by then the Engine was hot. Right after were got it running we started Flushing the Coolant system! Is there more then the one for the clutch?
Check wire/connector on high pressure switch. 4 wire connector with only 2 wires.(purple and red w/yellow stripe on my 06) attached to sumthing that looks sorta like a spark plug on the dryer. If it's hooked up you can disconnect it and and jump the pins on the connector just long enough to see if the clutch locks. If it does the system needs servicing.
Ok, Put Sinister EGR Delete on. It doesn't leak and I think seat of the pants it may be slightly quicker on the bottem end! One problem though, The AC doesn't work now! Any Ideas!
EGR valve in the manifold and plugged in? Fan wiring connected and in good shape? Just trying to eliminate the obvious.
Were you able to manually engage the AC clutch? I found out that you can get stored codes for the AC stuff, so you might scan it and see if it stored a code.
Check to see if the vac, hose is pluged in. It's on the pass, side rt, next to the AC and it's gray with a black tip.
It is, and it's connected to a control block/valve that looks like the one we added to our 7.3s the 06 6.0 is a Lariat with the fancy Climate controls.

It does come on. The truck sat for about 5 weeks and the AC was working when it was shut down.

The EGR valve is plugged in, the Fan is also. And yes, it does force the clutch to engage!
Thanks guys I will try and add a little Refrigerant Tomorrow and see what happens!
Next thing is where is a good location for the NAPA Coolant Fliter? I have Flushed both my 6.0s and I have the Filter kits I just need a good location!
