Got over a real nasty flu like virus I've had for 10 days and got back at it.
One side tacked together and the cab mounting bracket notched to make it all fit.

Finished the wiring and made a 'radiator' to test fit and take to the Rad shop so they can make me a real one.
Got the gas pedal in place and finished mocking the headers.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I went through some flu-like garbage a few weeks ago. Had to have lasted 2-3 weeks... thought it would never end.
Are there no pre-fabbed radiators available for your engine/truck combo?

Those are definately some serious headers you're buildin. Looks good. Keep it up and keep the pics commin.

I use a rad guy that will build the electric fan brackets into it and makes me the right one for the engine.
Bought a 'direct bolt in' electric wiper motor so I could do away with the vacuum set up.
Went suprisingly easy and did 'bolt in.

Got my brand spanking new handbuilt rad from a company just south of me.
Reckon this might just be enough to keep the 460 cool
Anyone got a trick for wiring 3 fans?
Bought an early 40's fargo bumper that I might try and modify to fit.

Wow... 3 fans? You trying to start that alternator on fire? I think you may need a nuclear reactor to power your electrical system now..

Wow is right.... What brand of fands are you running? 3 fans that sounds overkill unless the fans aren't the best... I ran a Olds 425 Rocket motor in the middle of the arizona summer on a single electric fan and I don't remember it overheating.

Headers done !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Started modifying the front bumper which is slightly smaller than the frame rails it's supposed to fit over so the torch was needed.

Fired up the 460 and broke the cam in,set the timing and fixed a few very minor 'niggles'.

I used what I leraned from others and the net,ran it up to around 2000rpm and varied it slightly over a period of 20 minutes.
Dumped the oil and filter, dropped in some more break in lube and oil, finished the timing and:-
