I'm getting married in a few weeks and will be starting a family. Considering my F100 is my daily driver beside my motorcycle, I am looking for something with a back seat. Something with enough room for a kid and all the stuff and comes with one. I had a original 65' Impala SS in high school and absolutely loved it. Nothing like what's in those videos, all stock. The one thing I remember most about that car it had huge back seat, and enough room in the trunk for my surf board. I always told my self I would be buying a Impala as my next project, I just didn't think the reason behind it would be that I'm starting a family.

Again thanks for the links, that was all I needed. So feel free to stop posting, and this thread will fall to archives or be erased just like all the rest.
Don't worry about all the people that are complaining... I like the idea that your trying to save some old iron and your family safe... I've never owned an Impala... One thing I can say to you is it gets harder putting a kid in the back seat of a 2 door as they grow...

That way No one tells me where to go or how to drive
That's funny.

I'll definitely be putting a kid seat in my F100. But for the family adventures I think something a little bigger is my best bet....at least for now anyway.
