steering wheel controls

Possibilities are endless but probabilities are something entirely different. I have a 2002 EX that has the Radio, AC, & Cruise controls on the wheel so the wring harness and clock spring contain all of the needed connections. I don't know if these were all available on the 2000 model or not but that would determine the "amount of work" required to install a steering wheel equipped with everthing.
I seem to remember a thread of someone installing a Navigator wheel on an EX that did not have the radio controls . I will see if I can find it.
