USB Port on Factory Radio

I have a 2003 EB Ex with the 6cd steroe with steering wheel controls. Has anyone added a USB adapter to play an iPod thru the stereo? How invloved is it and what brand adapter did you use?

Do you have the rear DVD? I use a 3.5mm to RCA stereo cable and plug it in the auxilary port - out from the Ipod headphone port.
