suspension help

I have done searches with limited amount of success. I have a 2000 4x4 Ex Limited, V10, 20" wheels and 275 65 20 michelin LTX AT2. I would like to improve the ride/ handling. I would like to keep the height as close to the cuurent height as possible. What am I looking for? Shocks? Springs? Swaybars? Traction bars? Thanks in advance.

I have looked for the thread with spring rates vs truck height with no luck finding....

I recommend a V/B spring change. You should be able to find quite a bit of info in this. It would give around 1.5-2" height change but would really help the handling. For shocks either custom valved Bilstein or Rancho 9000. Add or enlarge the rear sway to the 30mm bar. Below are some of the springs.

Thank you for the spring rates, Red. What is meant by a "custom valved Bilstein"? I have seen this before while searching.

Cary Towery at CTPerformanceInc custom valves the shocks. He owns a Ex and has put a lot of time into fixing the suspension. Great ride. Give him a call.
