guys i think i need a new steering stabilizer but im not sure. how do you know when you need a new one. what are the symptoms? does anyone have a duel stabilizer setup, and if so then is it worth the extra money for it. also which ones do you guys like, single or duel. i hear it helps when having tires 35" or larger.

Mines leaking and I want to get a new one...I have 35 SST Coopers on, do you think I need the dual set up and where can I get it?

The single stock stabilizer did fine for my 35's, on my 05 and my old 96. I don't think putting a dual stabilizer will do much for you except lighten your wallet.
If you are running larger tires, I would go with a dual setup. It could help extend the life of your entire steering system. Just what I've heard/read. JMHO.
i put the duals on my 94 wrangler when i put the 6 inch lift on. i havent drove it yet. its a project and havent got the engine put in or the body back on yet. so there for i dont know how much of a differance it will make. i was thinking it would make my steering a little easyer because it was real hard to turn the wheel when not moving. it was full of fluid but today i took to dealer and had a coolant and steering system flush and it helped my steering alot. night and day differance.
Yes, if you run 35s or bigger I would go with the dual. Helps out quite a bit so you dont have the "death wobble" while runnin down the road lol. I just went with a Pro Comp stabilizer because thats the lift brand I have. Wanted everything to match. They aren't really hard to install, and if I remember correctly they were around 100 bucks. Maybe 120.
guess i will try out the dual then. think ill go with the rancho sence im getting the rancho 9000 series shocks to replace the old worn out stock shocks which have 170*** miles on them. should make a big differance on the ride.
